EVERY MORNING NURSE MARTINA CHECKS OUR HEALTH. IF WE DON’T FEEL WELL, WE SHOULD RATHER STAY AT HOME. WE ARE KEEN ON JUMPING, RUNNING AND ROMPING. THERE IS A LOT OF SAFE SPACE FOR OUR PLAYS BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS. IN WINTERTIME WE GO TO THE GYM AND IN SUMMERTIME WE PLAY IN OUR LARGE GARDEN. FROM THE AGE OF FOUR WE REGULARLY PLAY TENNIS AND GO SWIMMING. YOGA IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO CALM DOWN AND STRETCH. SPENDING TIME IN THE SALT CAVE IN WINTER IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH.
